Who Are We Looking For
- Smart, proactive, and highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling and admin tools
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and solve problems efficiently
What Will You Be Doing?
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management
- Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries (domestic & international)
- Assist with business operations, including document preparation, research, and reporting
- Oversee personal errands, shopping, and household-related tasks
- Handle visa applications, passport renewals, and international travel arrangements
